On Site Repairs

Repair of broken castors, bases and minor adjustments can normally be carried out on site for a call out fee of $44 plus parts. This service minimized disruption to the office and has been a very popular service with our clients.

Off Site Repairs

For major works, i.e. wielding and reupholstering, chairs have to be taken to our factory. However we offer a very quick turnaround. We often loan chairs for the modest cost of $11 per chair, whilst we carry out the repairs.

Remember, if, when we get the chairs back to our factory and supply you with a quotation, you do not proceed your chairs will be returned at no cost!
